1. Program Overview

The Ballestrin Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates for promoting Ballestrin products and generating sales through their unique referral links. By joining the program, affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• Affiliates must have a valid online presence, such as a blog, website, or social media account.

• Ballestrin reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application without explanation.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link.

• Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.

• Affiliates must generate at least €1,000 in sales to qualify for:

• A full refund of their initial product purchase.

• 3 additional free products from the affiliate collection.

• Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of €50.

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Sales are tracked using a unique affiliate link with a 30-day cookie period.

• Affiliates will only earn commissions on purchases made within 30 days of the customer clicking their link.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Commissions will not be paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.

• If a refund is issued after the commission has been paid, the corresponding amount will be deducted from future payouts.

6. Content Usage

• Affiliates may use Ballestrin-provided marketing materials, including images, videos, and copy, exclusively for promotional purposes.

• Affiliates grant Ballestrin the right to use, modify, and distribute any affiliate-created content that features Ballestrin products for promotional purposes.

7. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must represent Ballestrin products truthfully and avoid misleading claims.

• Affiliates may not:

• Run paid ads targeting Ballestrin’s brand name or keywords.

• Use spam, unethical methods, or inappropriate platforms to promote Ballestrin.

• Misrepresent themselves as an official representative of Ballestrin.

8. Termination

• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by contacting info@ballestrin.com.br

• Ballestrin reserves the right to terminate an affiliate for:

• Breaching program rules.

• Inactivity (no sales for six months).

• Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

9. Modifications

• Ballestrin reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the program. Affiliates will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance.

10. Liability

• Ballestrin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with local laws, including disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.).

• Content must be high-quality, truthful, and free from offensive or inappropriate material.
